Groupe Berkem will attend the Forum Holzbau in Berlin!

Groupe Berkem will attend the Forum Holzbau Berlin 2025, which will be held on May 20–21 at the Mercure Hotel MOA, Stephanstrasse 41, in Berlin. The team on site will showcase the AXIL® range, a comprehensive line of solutions for the preservation of construction wood. These include treatments against biological threats, protection from moisture, fire, and UV rays, as well as decorative and maintenance finishes. This range is designed for primary and secondary wood processing industries.

Groupe Berkem will also highlight its FIRERESIST F004 intumescent varnish, a high-performance, clear coating developed to reduce the flammability of wood. When exposed to heat, the varnish forms an intumescent insulating layer that significantly slows down fire propagation. It is classified B-s1, d0 according to the EN13501-1 standard, demonstrating excellent fire reaction performance.
