Groupe Berkem will attend the Rilem Annual Week!

Groupe Berkem will attend from August 25 to 30, 2024 the 78th Rilem Annual Week in Toulouse, France. This conference brings together players in the construction industry with a common goal: to meet the challenges faced by the sector in terms of the durability of materials and structures. Two scientific posters will be presented by Groupe Berkem’s team:

• The first poster, entitled “Introducing a novel vegetal insecticide for wood protection”, details on field and in lab experiments of a new termite protection treatment tested in 4 different environments and on 8 xylophagous insects species.
• The second, entitled “Introducing a novel vegetal fungicide for protection of bio-based insulation materials against moulds”shows the efficacy of a vegetal fungicide used in 5 different insulation materials.
